Rinitha Ltd. accepted a Bills of Exchange for Rs.3,80,000 and the balance was settled by issuing 10% Debentures of Rs.100 each at a premium of 5% and Redeemable after 6 years at a premium of 15%. Show the journal entries in the book of Rinitha Ltd.
