A convex polygon is a polygon with all interior angles less than 180° and vertices are pointed outwards. In convex polygons, all diagonals are in the interior of the polygon. All the vertices of a complex polygon point outwards

The convex polygon is a closed polygon with no inwarding lines on the other hand the concave has inwarding lines like caves, mostly triangular.
