Ans- difference between urban and rural settlement of India are : (1)urban settlement are have towns , cities and metropolitan area.(2) urban areas have more opportunities for jobs and more developed. (1) rural settlement where places with a low population . (2) And rural settlement people mostly depend on agriculture for their livelihood.

Urban settlements usually refer to cities, suburbs and towns. Urban areas have more development in terms of access to infrastructure and connectivity like airports, ports, railways, housing, roads etc. Rural areas usually don't have much development in terms of infrastructure.
