Meristematic tissue is a dividing cell .Permanent tissue is not dividing cell. Meristematic tissues have three types apical lateral and intercalary. Permanent tissue or divider into two types simple permanent tissue complex permanent tissue. The types of symbol permanent tissue or parenchyma chlorenchyma etc. The types of complex permanent tissue or xylem and phloem. Apical meristem is present at the growing tips of stems and roots and English the length of the stem and the root. The gift of the stem or root increases due to lateral meristem. Intercalary meristem seen in some plants is located near the node.

Meristematic tissues in plants consist of a mass of undifferentiated cells whose main function is to participate in plant growth. Permanent tissues, on the other hand, are differentiated tissues, carrying out dedicated functions.
