No,not sp3. Here hybridisation h = 1/2 (Valence e + no of monovalent atoms + no of -ve charge - no of +ve chahe) = 1/2 (7+5) = 12/2 = 6 ~~ sp3d2 hybridisation. Hope you got what you wanted.
