During summer days,while going to school by autorickshaw,khoyang observe that auto driver covered the top with a matr and sprinkled water on them.When khoyang asked the auto driver why he was doing so, auto driver replied to keep it cool.Which process is involved in this ?How sprinkling of water on the mate keep the auto cool?

Because the mate obserb heat anergy from surrounding and get evaporated therefore this make the auto cool👊
