कूबड़ आगे को (lordosis) शरीर की वह स्थिति होती है जिसमें, हमारे शरीर की रीढ़ की अस्थियों का लम्बर क्षेत्र (Lumber Region) का वक्र आगे की ओर ज़्यादा बढ़ जाता है। इस स्थिति को हम होलो बैक (Hollow Back) को नाम से भी जानते है।यह कूबड़ आगे को कहलाती है।
