Prokaryotic cells - 1. The size is generally small. 2. The nuclear region is not well defined and it lacks a nuclear membrane. 3. They contain only one chromosome. 4. Membrane-bound organelles are absent. 5. Example : Bacillus Anthracis Eukaryotic cells - 1. The nuclear region is generally large. 2. The nuclear region is well defined and it is surrounded by a nuclear membrane. 3. They contain more than one chromosome. 4. Membrane-bound organelles are present. 5. Example : Amoeba

Prokaryotic cells- Very minute in size, nuclear region is not surrounded by nuclear membrane (nuclear Membrane is absent). Single chromosome present. Eg: Bacteria Eukaryotic cells- Large in size, nuclear region surround by nuclear membrane. More than one chromosomes are present. Eg: Ameoba,humans,animals,plants,etc..
