Balanced force:- When the sum of forces is equal to 0(zero) . Unbalanced force:- When the sum of forces is not equal to 0(zero)

When two people push the same object but in opposite direction to each other and the applied force on both sides is same then the net force comes out to be zero, so there is no motion in the object, this is called balanced force When two people push the same object but in opposite direction to each other and the applied force is not same and the net force is not equal to zero then the object shows the motion, this is called unbalanced force

In balanced force when two objects pull each other in opposite directions with same force there is no motion but in unbalanced force the two objects move in opposite direction in different force so there is motion
