If there is no cell wall in a PLANT CELL, the cell will not be rigid and it will not be able to keep the plant in the upwards direction. Also, plant won't be able to undergo the process of playmolysis or osmosis as the cell organelles will burst open in the absence of cell wall while absorbing water.
