Prokaryotic cells - These are incomplete cells , Mitochondria is not available in it and Nucleus is not present in Prokaryotic cells it has nuclear region without nuclear membrane Eukaryotic cells - These are complete cells, Mitochondria is available in it and it have nucleus in it with a covering of nuclear membrane.
