An example of a monohybrid cross is the cross between tall pea plants and dwarf pea plants. An example of a dihybrid cross is the cross between pea plants with yellow round and green wrinkled seeds.

in mohohybridcross when we crossed between a homozygous tall and a homozygous dwarf plant we get a heterozygous tall plant in f1 progeny then we intercrossed it then we get 3 tall plants and a dwarf plant here we can see that tall is dominant character and it is expressed during cross
