The lengh of a rectangular room is 5m more than it's breath. If the length of the room is decreased by 3m and breadth is increased by 2m , the area of the room remain unchanged. Find the dimension of the room

Let the breadth be the x. Length is increased by 3m and breadth is decreased by 2m, area remains the same. x = 12m breadth of the room. x + 3 = 12 + 3 = 15m length of the room.
