Animal cell:- 1) Cell wall was absent 2) Plasma membrane is the outer layer which provides turbidity to the cell. 3) Vacuoles are small in size. 4) Plastids are absent. 5) Nucleus lies in the centre. Plant cell:- 1)Cell wall was present. 2) Cell wall is the outer layer of the cell which gives which gives rigidity and turgidity to the cell. 3) Vacuoles are big in size. 4) Plastids are present. 5) Nucleus lies in the side. Animals cells have small vacuoles while plant cells have large vacuoles.Animal cell does not have cell wall while plant cell have cell wall.Centrosomes are present in animal cell while absent in plant cell.Plastids are absent in animal cell while present in plant cell.
