Seemapuri is the peripheri of delhi and it is miles away from it. Delhi is the capital of India and it has all the facilities as compare to seemapuri. Being the capital it is well maintained. It has schools, malls, 24 hours water and electricity supply, well maintained drainage system, clean drinking water, parks for children and everything. On the other hand seemapuri is not well maintained as it is on the periphery of Delhi. People live in traupline made houses where it is not fully built. People doesn't enjoy facilities such as water and electricity supply, no clean drinking water, no drainage system. So it is well said that seemapuri is located at the periphery of delhi but seems mile away from it.
