Mainly 3 hormones work together to perform spermatogenesis, these are: LH, FSH and androgens like testosterone. LH works on Interstitial cells to produce androgens. Androgens in turn induce the process of spermatogenesis. FSH acts on sertoli cells so as to provide nutrition to to spermatozoa formed.
