A and B are two partners in a partnership firm sharing profit and loss in ratio of 3 : 2 having capital balance on 1st april 2016 ₹ 5,00,000 and ₹ 4,00,000 respectively as per partnership deed interest on capital is allowed @ 10% p.a. A introduced fresh capital ₹ 2,50,000 on 1st July 2016 while B withdraws ₹ 1,00,000 from his capital on the same date. Calculate interest on capital for each partner and pass the journal entry.
