Vaccine is a solution containing dead, weakened or inactive microbes which are introduced in body such that they provide a physical interaction of the inactive pathogen to the immune system of our body and make it able to produce antibiotics against the pathogen, slowly. The immune system memorize that if furthur this type of antigen enters your body then how to fight with them and which antibody has to b produced. And hence a disease can be prevented.
