In the first paragraph, the poet is in calm mood as she request the winds to come softly and do not cause any damage. In 2nd paragraph the poet grows acrimonious because of the destruction the wind has wrought. In a sarcastic tone she tells that wind is very clever at poking fun at weeklings. In the last, she tells the importance of becoming and advices to to build strong homes.
