Force is any interaction that alters the motion of an object. It is a 'push' or 'pull' action upon an object, resulting from the object's interaction with another object. Weight is the force of gravity, which is the pull of the Earth on an object. The direction of the force of gravity is downwards towards the centre of the Earth. As mentioned earlier when two objects interact they exert equal and opposite forces.
