Leadership is the skill to control many people and understand everyone.Leadership don't have any kind of age limit as shown in the chapter Weathering the storm in erasama where a teenager Prashant's leadership help to heal the people's grief. The qualities of Prashant's Leadership are : 1.Concerned about Health- Before doing any kind of rescue task ,he first provided the survivors with food as there was a risk that they might die due to starvation. 2.Importance to Cleaniness- As a responsible citizen,he showed his concern by thinking about hygiene.As there was all around dirt caused due to carcasses,remanents of houses etc.So there was a high risk of epidemic that can affect the locality also. So he cleaned the surroundings properly. 3.Combination of Youth and Elders - He showed his leadership by using both the sections of society. He used youth to do rescue work and elders to communicate with the goverment.
