Ans: cuba a small island located just below the us and is a allie of ussr .The president of ussr nikhita khorshchev sent there military forces and mades cuba a military base after 7 days the us president came to know that ussr made cuba a military base and the president demands ussr to remove nuclear weapons from there otherwise the consequences are not so good there is a big fear of world war 3 that is why it is known as a hot point in cold war
