Mass is always same, either on moon or on earth. SI unit = kg/g Weight can vary at different places. It is the force exerted by an object on the earth/surface. SI unit = N (Newton)

Mass cannot vary, it always remain same at all places. It is measured through beam balance. It's unit is kg. Weight can vary at different places like on earth ? and moon? . It is measure through spring balance. It's unit is Newton.
