1. Adding toxic chemicals to water bodies, such as adding chemical wastes that contain harmful things such as pesticides, insecticides, is lethal for marine life.
2. For example, removing beneficial substances from water bodies depleting dissolved oxygen and nutrients this has adverse effects on aquatic life.
3. Shift of water temperature of bodies of water. To survive in those temperature levels the marine animals are adopted. A sudden change in temperature may affect aquatic animal breeding, their eggs and larvae etc. For starters, pouring cold water from dams adversely affects the aquatic life.
