Why it is difficult to make antibodies against virus
  • 3 answers

Somansh Sarvesh 3 years, 8 months ago

Viruses cannot be treated by antibiotics as viruses do not have a cell wall. Antibiotics can kill a bacteruim as the antibiotics damages the cell wall of the bacterium. If there would be no cell wall, so the bacterium will automatically die. So for virus, antibiotics are of no use as viruses don'thave any cell wall. For viruses, we take anti-viral drugs.
