Simplification: 4x (2x-6+x)-8x^2+10 =>8x^2-24x+4x^2-8x^2+10 =>8x^2-8x^2+4x^2-24x+10 =>4x^2-24x+10 Now keeping x=2 =>4(2)^2-24(2)+10 =>16-48+10 =>16-38 =>-22
