As the motion is uniform, its acceleration will be 0m/s2.
Now,
Acceleration= (V - U)/t
0 = (V - 10 )/10
0×10 = V - 10
0 = V - 10
0 +10 = V
10 = V
So, the final velocity will be 10 m/s.
