जनहित याचिका (जहिया), भारतीय कानून में, सार्वजनिक हित की रक्षा के लिए मुकदमे का प्रावधान है। अन्य सामान्य अदालती याचिकाओं से अलग, इसमें यह आवश्यक नहीं की पीड़ित पक्ष स्वयं अदालत में जाए। यह किसी भी नागरिक या स्वयं न्यायालय द्वारा पीडितों के पक्ष में दायर किया जा सकता है।
