The value of firm goodwill is 4,00,000 Solution 3,00,000×5/1= 15,00,000 & total capital of firm= 3,00,000+ 3,00,000+5,00,000= 11,00,000 & 15,00,000- 11,00,000 =4,00,000 i.e the total goodwill of the firm
