  M.P = Rs. 500 Discount = 10%
∴ S.P. = Rs.500-10% of Rs.500

=90% of Rs.500

= 90/100 ×Rs.500=Rs.450
Profit = 20% C.P.=Rs.(450×100)/120 =Rs.375
