Sir/Madam,

                   We, the students of your school, want to have a picnic at (place name….) It is really a nice picnic spot. We think that this picnic will broaden our knowledge and load our hearts with pleasure. It will also relieve us on the monotony of our regime life. Being released in close touch with the nature, we shall be capable to forget the din along with bustle of our life for now. Three of our teachers have agreed to guide us during to picnic. The picnic will cost us about some 3000. We are ready to contribute a half portion of the total amount.

We, therefore, would request you to kindly permit us to go on the picnic and sanction us a half amount and oblige there by.
