Given, m1=10g=10/100kg m2=2kg u1=200m/s u2=0 m/s Here we use formula m1u1+m2u2=(m1+m2) By using this formula we get, 10/1000×200+2×0=(10/1000+2)v =2+2×0=(10+2000/1000)v 2=(2010/1000)v 2=201/100× v 2×100=201× v 200/201=v V=0.99m/s So the target will move at the speed of 0.99m/s
