According to the Indian constitution , there are 6 basic fundamental rights of the Indian citizen, which are right to equality , right to freedom of religion, cultural and educational rights , right to freedom, right to constitutional remedies, and right again exploitation.

Six basic fundamental rights

We have six basic fundamental rights in our constitution. The sic basic rights are listed below

  • Right to Equality (Article 14-18)
  • Right to Freedom (Article 19-22)
  • Right against Exploitation (Article 23-24)
  • Right to Freedom of Religion (Article 25-28)
  • Cultural and Educational Rights (Article 29-30)
  • Right to Constitutional Remedies (Article 32)
