Golgi Bodies vs Mitochondria
Golgi Bodies are a type of organelles in eukaryotic cells. They  are stacks of flattened membranes and vesicles. Mitochondria are organelles in eukaryotic cells They are of bean shape, double membranous organelles.
 Major Function
Involve in modifying, sorting and packaging of proteins for secretion. Produce energy currency (ATP) of the cell.
DNA
Do not have DNA. DNA is available.
 Number of Membranes Surrounding the Organelle
Single membrane organelles. Double membrane bound organelles.
Shape
Stacks of flattened membranous sacs or cisternae. They appear as a maze. Bean-shaped organelles.
