But now he is working for someone else..for which he get some payment and food so now he can't do whatever he wants to do now he has to follow his master rules so, i.e.,why he said " he is no longer his own master"....

Bcoz firstly he work for himself like he do ragpicking so,he can do anything which he wants to do.

Writer said that Saheb was no longer his own master because Saheb starts working on a tea stall . One day writer found him on the way to milk booth. He carry a plastic bag on his shoulder and a tin canister, where tin canister looks heavy which belongs to his master due to this writer made this statement.
