How Do I Study Properly Studying …

Whenever you get bore??‍♀️ or distracted from studies? u can remember the happy moments? which you have spent with your family?‍?‍?‍?and friends???for 5 min. Or u can also read the book's? which inspires you for 5 min. By doing this your will not get bore.??

Some negative energies may be lagging your mind capacity which leads your mind unstable. To get rid of this problem you do only one thing:- WAKE up by 6 am and RUN minimum 200 meters then switch yourself to Meditation for 5-7 minutes in such a way that your eyes are towards the SUN. Do this at least 3 days continuously I am sure you will become more cool, happier, and concentrative. And some more points which help you to study longer:- Better sleep {6–7 hours is enough}. Exercise daily. Good Breakfast (avoid oily foods from your meal). Mindfulness {focus for one thing for a few minutes}. Use the POMODORO technique. Understand the topic. Study multiple subjects in a day. Make Notes. Find PURPOSE which is greater than yourself {either it’s for GOOD FUTURE SALARY or for FAMILY}. Avoid using PHONES. Drink water at some intervals. Fix the TIME and PLACE for study. Be creative {use drawing images} Study in group's and discuss important topics with your friends Use DISTRACTION sheet {a plane paper} - whenever you will feel distracted just write that thought onto the paper. Take your destiny in your hand and Embrace the PAIN because of NO PAIN NO GAIN. REPEAT the same process for every day I am sure that you would study more than 6 hours. ......?Hope it'll help you....All the best ?
