Loamy soil is a mixture of sand, clay silt and humus So, should not make pots and idols of got and toys.
Clay soil retains moisture and becomes very sticky when wet. Dry clayey soil is hard so the pots and toys will not break. Hence clayey soil is used to make pots and toys
