After the end of commuist rule efforts were made to establish new type of order in place of existing politico-economic system. They orgnised business and industry along private enterprise and democratic institutions were to be established. The rulers were trying to bring about drastic changes in society and economy of country. This led to great turmoil. It was , therefore, called ' Shock Therapy'
