Blue Rose Ltd. was registered with an authorised capital of 200000 divided into 20,000 shares of 10 each.On 1st Jan. 2015, it decided to issue 10,000 shares at a premium of 10% payable 2 on application, 4 on allotment (including, premium) and balance on call. It received applications for 9,500 shares and allotment was made to all the applicants. A shareholder failed to pay allotment on 500 shares. Call was not made.
