Abe dekh Ek strand 5' AAATTGC 3' hai To dusra 3' TTTAACG 5' ho jayega mtlb agar dono template ki tarah act karenge to ek RNA 3' UUUAACG 5' AUR DUSTE KA 5' AAAUUGC 3' ho jayega aur dono ek duste ke complimentary hain .. mtlb ya to RNA double strand nhi to ek protein dusra anti protein banayaga

a) If both the strands act as template, they would code for RNA molecule with different sequences, and in turn they code for different proteins. 

b) the two RNA molecules if produced simultaneously would be complementary to each other , hence would for a double stranded RNA.
