1. The people who wage wars and cause destruction to humanity and life at large have been called ’those’ in line1.
2. Green wars are bio-wars which usually send in infected viruses with the air to the opponent zone which causes the opponent to loose.
3. ‘Victory with no survivors’ means the victory which comes in after sacrificing all the men who were fighting. The war is won but there is no one alive to celebrate the victory.
4. ‘Victory with no survivors’ which is a paradox has been used here.
