Servants leave Dr Sadao's house because that time Japan was with war with America ,as sadao was helping a American soldier to heal the American soldier so the servants in oppose of it they left house of dr Sadao.

Japan was at war with America. Dr.Sadao was nursing a wounded American prisoner of war. The servents didn't like Dr.Sadao's generosity.He was giving him a new lease of life.They considered Dr.Sadao's work an act of treachery. Hence,their patriotic feelings made them leave Dr.Sadao's house.

Because they do not want to live with their enemy(American) in the same house .That is why the servents left together and they returned after the enemy left Mr.Sadao's house.
