According to story French districts of Alsace and lorraine have passed into prussian hands i.e these two districts are added in prussian territory. (1) drilling of prussian soldiers (2) letter from Berlin to teach only German in the schools. (3)last French lession. Indirectly tells that the town is occupied by foreign rulers.
