Yama raj ke desa summary

In this poem, the poet was too often restricted by his mother to not to sleep with his legs facing the south side because they believed that the direction was owned by lord Yamraj who is believed to be the God of death and acc. to her its not wise to play with death. Because of her strict restriction rather the poet has no trouble to determine which was south. Now his mom is dead and acc.to him he thought that he was it knowing wether his mother had a talk with Yamraj to decide the direction where he lived but now after the death the direction is no more present acc. to th epoet because she was the one in the view of the poet who knew the south direction. But now he says that every direction is a direction towards Yamraj because now a days the death has become a common matter because of the increase in the terrorism, attack, etc. and these are also the ultimate.ate way to death which leads to have a chance to meet Yamraj.
