Prokaryotes

a. These organisms do not have well defined nucleus, do not have nuclear membrane. Chromosomes are circular.

b. All cell organelles are absent

Eukaryotes

a. These are organisms have well-defined nucleus with nuclear membrane. Chromosomes are linear.

b. All cell organelles are present.
