Yes, 7 is in the list of numbers that are never perfect square. The number 9,327 is not a perfect square and we can stop here as there is not need to complete the rest of the steps ,????????

9327 is not a perfect square because the ones place digit of this number is not among 1,4,5,6,9 and 0. And this number ends with 7.
