Yes saheb is victim of circumstances because he suffers ill consequences due to factors that were out of his control that he want to do something special but he can't. And also he never try to do what he want he have lost and can't fulfill his dreams. He thinks that he is not able to do anything and managed in all condition in which he was.....thats his weakness
