The announcement made by Mr.Hamel was that, it is the last day of the French class as the government has ordered to stop French and to start German class to the students.
He said these in a deep sad voice. He can’t even convey it properly as he was in full sad mode. He also felt very sad and said sorry for not taking the French very seriously as they flushed the franz.
