Communication is the process of passing information from one person to another. The purpose of communication understands of information. The communication brings people together, closer to each other. The communication is an important management function closely associated with all other managerial functions. There are three purposes for a message: inform, persuade or goodwill. The first purpose is to inform where a message can be used to communicate routine, repetitive, daily tasks, instructions, codes, steps and procedures in the workplace. Communication is a process of sending and receiving information among people. Indeed, communication facilitates the spread of knowledge and forms relationships between people.
