Nutrition is important for living beings because it gives them the power to do things as in all phases of our life we have to use our energy even while we are sleeping we have to breathe and that also requires energy so nutrition gives us energy energy and and we should not consume more energy as it could cause more amount of fatty acids coming into our body and this could also cause a disease called obesity
